CCTV drainage surveys
About Drain CCTV
A drain survey should answer a practical question: where a pipe runs, what condition it is in, or what evidence a proposed building project needs.

Drain CCTV covers camera inspection of drains: CCTV drain surveys, homebuyer drain surveys, drain mapping and survey evidence that may be needed for build-over agreement applications and other building projects.

One survey, different reports
A house purchase, a condition investigation and a water company submission can each need a different report, so the purpose of the findings should be settled before the scope is agreed. Existing drainage plans, and any written requirements from the water company or building control, are worth having to hand.
The homebuyer drain surveys page explains surveys for property purchases in more detail. The build-over agreement checker sets out general questions and considerations, although what it tells you is no substitute for assessing the site itself.
Homes, developments and commercial drainage
Surveys are for homebuyers and homeowners, housebuilders and developers, facilities managers, industrial sites, utilities, insurers and loss adjusters, and commercial property owners. A job can be one drain under a house or a larger drainage network at a commercial or industrial site, in any part of the UK.
